What is Aegis Studios?
Aegis Studios is a media production house operating in Rockford, Illinois. Beginning in 2001 with publishing roleplaying games for mature players, Aegis Stuudios has since grown to encompass comic book publication, film production, and web content creation.
The Mission
To create unique and compelling media and entertainment, while maintaining the ability to pay the rent and feed the kids.
Who are the Senior Partners?
In the beginning, Aegis Studios was a partnership, bringing the unified vision of three young men from Rockford, Illinois to the public through RPG and RPG-related material. Those three young men were:
- Toy Cesar, our primary financial backer
- Travis Legge, our chief creative force
- Darius McCaskey, our primary business manager
In 2009, Darius McCaskey and Toy Cesar elected to leave Aegis Studios, in order to focus on their family lives and other concerns. Aegis Studios is now a sole propriotership, run by Travis Legge. The contributions made by Darius and Toy throughout the previous years are innummerable and Aegis Studios would be nothing without their hard work and dedication. Aegis Studios wishes Darius and Toy the best of luck in their future endeavors and will always count them as true friends.
